๐ Remember! If you are already a patient in any Gorebridge area surgery, you can't register with us. This applies to Newbattle or Pathhead surgeries' patients.

What's next?
Once the practice approves, you'll be officially a part of our list! We'll transfer your medical records to our practice, which can take a few weeks๐. You may also get an invite for a new patient check-up/assessment๐ฉบ.
Anybody in Scotland can access primary care services at a GP practice without charge.
When you register with a GP practice, it’s recommended that you provide information to confirm your:

address
This means you can be matched to your existing NHS records. You shouldn’t be delayed or refused registration at a GP practice if you can’t provide identification or proof of address.
๐ Please bring two forms of identification.
Acceptable ID includes:
- Passport ๐
- Drivers Licence ๐
- Official ID card from Public Services body ๐๏ธ
- Student matriculation card (current year) ๐
- Recent utility bill (within last 3 months) ๐งพ
- Council Tax document ๐ก
- Television Licence ๐บ
