Non Urgent Repeat Prescriptions

You can re-order your prescriptions by:

  • Using the link above
  • Handing in/posting the tear-off slip on your prescription to reception. If you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.

Please allow at least 4 working days between requesting and collecting your prescription (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  Items that are not on your repeat list make take longer. 

 

Urgent Requests

We DO NOT accept urgent requests for medication online. Please pick up a form from reception and hand it back to reception. Your request will be considered by a GP, and if necessary, they will generate a prescription for collection. If not it will be ready within 3 working days. 

You can call 01875 820 405 between 16:30 - 17:30 to check the status of your request. 

 

Medication Reviews

If you are on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these.

 

Hospital Discharge

If you have recently been discharged from hospital and would like to discuss any changes in medication, please make an appointment with a GP.
