Dr Hemal Patel

It is with great shock and sadness that the practice must inform you that Dr Hemal Patel died suddenly on the 23rd February 2019. Our sympathies at this time are with his partner Sarah and all of his family.

Please bear with us at this difficult and challenging time.

Staff Training (PLT)

We are closed every Wednesday between 12.30 -2pm for staff training. We are also closed all afternoon on the 12th June 2019. For medical advice during this period of closure, please contact NHS 24 on 111, the new free number for NHS 24.  In the event of a life threatening emergency, please call 999. 

 

 

 

pill_bottleRepeat Prescriptions

You can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception.

If you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.

If your prescription is not urgent, you can order your repeat prescription via this website by simply following the link on this page and carrying out the simple registration.Three working days are required to process prescription requests (this does not include the day it was requested).

Please Note - any items that are not on your repeat list of medication will take longer to process.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.

Hospital Discharge

If you have recently been discharged from hospital and would like to discuss any changes in medication, please make a routine telephone appointment with any of our GP's

Please allow three full working days between requesting and collecting your medication.
